DeleteI went back and did the Zone 1 stuff, but had to leave before my 20 min stretching session because Yogility was starting. I know, I know, "Why didn't you stay for Yogility and kill two birds with one stone, Katie?" Well, I didn't have cash and I was ready to go home and sit with my dog on my only night at home this week. #sorrynotsorry

I was travelling yesterday, so I'm working a combo of Mon - Wed into Tues/Wed.
ReplyDeleteSnatch: Missed #2 on 80 and 85% and the 90% lift, then hit both at 80, missed #2 at 85, and hit 90%(195). Felt a little sluggish today. First day back after a couple off, so I'm not too surprised.
