Tuesday 3/26/13

AM: 10 min HS walking practice
AM: AMRAP 7 min thrusters (115/80lbs), toes-to-bar done ladder style 3,3,6,6,9,9…
PM: row 1 min, jog 1 min, single unders 1 min x6 – all done at z1 (easy) pace
PM: 20 min mobility/foam rolling/stretching session

      I went back and did the Zone 1 stuff, but had to leave before my 20 min stretching session because Yogility was starting. I know, I know, "Why didn't you stay for Yogility and kill two birds with one stone, Katie?" Well, I didn't have cash and I was ready to go home and sit with my dog on my only night at home this week. #sorrynotsorry

  2. I was travelling yesterday, so I'm working a combo of Mon - Wed into Tues/Wed.

    Snatch: Missed #2 on 80 and 85% and the 90% lift, then hit both at 80, missed #2 at 85, and hit 90%(195). Felt a little sluggish today. First day back after a couple off, so I'm not too surprised.

    AM cond- Thruster/T2B - Finished 15's +7 (97)

    Hope to hit PM cond tonight: Press/Row

    1. On another note, ran in to a couple rangers near Davenport. Asked them about you. First thing they asked us was, "you do that CrossFit stuff with him?" Word.

    Handstand walking: check

    PM: I did Wednesday's met con rather than the zone 1 conditioning. I will do the zone one conditioning on Thursday. Wednesday's metcon was 7:34

    Monday's conditioning:
    Presses @135, 140, 145, 150, 150, 150
    Rows - consistently pulled down to a 1:20/1:21, got down to 1:18/19 on a few.

    Hadn't snatched heavy in over 2 weeks, so this was good for me, but HEAVVVVVYYYYY. Wow. Good to be back, though.
