Tuesday 4/8/13

Power snatch: five singles to build to 75%x1
Power clean and JERK: five singles to build to 75%x1
Squat: 60%x3, 70%x3, 80%x3, 85%x2
Conditioning: For time – 400m sand bag carry heavy as possible, 400m farmers carry w/ kb in each hand heavy as possible

    Squat: 155-170-195-210
    400m Carries: 10 mins~ish with Crissy

    I'm sure this was intentional, but it's neat to look at my 75% on these lifts lightly when they used to be more daunting! It's also amazing to look at 85% on squat and be excited because I know it won't be the worst thing ever :)

  2. Not really sure what weights I did to work up to my 75%, but I promise I didn't just do 75 % on my first one...I did do a few reps to workup to that weight.

    Snatch: worked to 110
    CJ: worked to 130
    Squats: 145-165-185-195
    Metcon: didn't really look at the clock, but did 2 50# KB for the farmers carry. Did this early in the am with KTG.

    I second what KTG said. Thanks for all your work! It is nice to see on a "recovery" week that 75% feels good, and that 85% of my squats (old PR's from not long ago) are easy doubles.
