Y'all, watch the progression videos. Lex showed me you can hit a 15' marker in 2 pulls with the Russian wrap. It's fast and gnarly.

Conditioning: 3:24 on the row, 15:33 overall. This lit my lungs up. Not sure if it was the heat+humidity, but I felt like I couldn't catch my breath

Conditioning. So... this is where I didn't really do it for time. I honestly considered taking Friday off, just as I felt wiped from a really long week with very little sleep, but decided to tackle it anyways. My row was good, and I held my Jackie pace. Total it took me about 15:15, but i only did one round of C2B, as I was ripping. Just kind of paced through this and rested. Was just a tough day for me.
