Saturday 5/11/13


OHS: 10 min to build to tough single
Jerk: 60%x2, 70%x2, 80%x2x3
Squat: 60%x4, 70%x4x2, 80%x4x2
Skill: Rope climb as a team – help coach each other and give efficiency tips
Conditioning: 3 RFT – 2 15ft rope climbs, 4 full cleans (225/135lbs)
Skill: EMOM two skills you need to work on

    *I was forced to do these weights, but they felt good!

    Squat: 155-175-195
    *Felt really good today.

    Skill: check

    3RFT: 5:00ish

    EMOM 10: 5 c2b evens, 5 185# DL odds
    *c2b are a work in progress

    EMOM 10: 7-10 box jumps evens, 1 MU attempt odds
    *I WILL get a MU

    Jerk: 185, 225, 250
    Squat: 250, 290, 335
    Conditioning: 4min-ish. Katie took my time. My ankles got TORE up from the rope.

    Came back with Katie and Caleb and did 10 min EMOM of 10 thrusters with the bar, 3 burpee muscle ups; 5 min break; 10 min EMOM of 10 C2B pull-ups, 8 70#db snatch (alternating)

    Glad we came back and did it

  3. OHS: got to 165 off the ground (this will be my 3RM goal for regionals I think)
    Jerk:125-145-165
    Squat: 155-175-195 (used KTG's numbers)

    Metcon: KTG do you remember what I was? I think I was 3:4? maybe 3:50...I don't really remember. The squat cleans got me more than I thought they would, but I am glad we did that workout.

    EMOM 8 minutes alternating 10 thrusters and 3 burpee muscle ups.
