*My shoulders were/are fried. I had to do +10 wall balls because I could not physically hold on to the ball anymore. After that discouraging fail, I may or may not have slacked on my pull ups.

Snatch: worked to 130 and called it a day. Didn't miss any

**my wallballs were CRAZY today. I didn't have to break, but wow they were ALL over the place. I was laughing at myself, as I literally chased the ball everywhere.
**Just was very fatigued today. Traveled 14 hours yesterday and slept about 4.5 hours last night. Shall be back to normal tomorrow.
haha, okay so I did this metcon wrong. Probably because I didn't do 100 double unders. Didn't even read that part. I am just going to blame it on lack of sleep. Wow, sorry bout that.

Back squat: %'s of 415. Got 395 fine
Conditioning: Cgreg got 75 cals with all of this stuff unbroken, i got 78 with 16-14 on the pullups and the rest unbroken, lex got 80 and broke all his stuff except wallballs.
Snatch + OHS: 205. I would've got 215 if it wasn't for travel. Felt really strong, but precision was not happening.
