Friday 5/3/13

Snatch: 60%x2, 70%x2, 80%x2, 85%x2x2
Power clean: 60%x3, 65%x3x2, 70%x3x2
Conditioning: EMOM 10 min – first minute max unbroken set of muscle-ups, following minutes 3 muscle-ups – if Rx, stop if you do not get all 3 during a minute – in an effort to keep increasing our muscle-up volume we will be doing this the next two weeks, and if you are successful we will make it 4 per minute and then 5 per minute
Conditioning: row 30s hard, 30s easy, x6

    *Hit all sets. All sets felt easy :)

    clean: 100-110-115
    *My hook grip is raw :)

    EMOM 10: did 1 MU attempt + 3 dips for 4 rounds then 1 jumping MU + 2 dips for 5 rounds
    *I'm fully aware that 4+5=9, but trust me when I tell you that there was no way that I could finish. Emotionally checked out for so many reasons.

  2. Row: not sure what my total meters were but I tried to hold a 1:45ish pace when doing 30s hard
    MU: unbroken 7; then did 3 on the minute for the 9 remaining minutes.

    **Did the above work before lifting, and my hands were fried, but had a good lifting day and didn't miss any reps (no straps today either) so that felt good

    Snatch: 95-110-115-25
    C: 110-120-130

    Overall a good day in the gym. Felt fresh today, which was nice and I got to take a my time a little more, thanks to an extra early start with KTG.
