ReplyDelete*This was relatively easy. I haven't 1RM'ed my DL in a long long time, so I did 225 which is 80% of 280 which is probably pretty accurate.
70%: 195x3
9-6-3: 145# + 45# plates and clip to strip

*Felt great. Stripping 45#s plus re-clip only took like 15 seconds.
EMOM: check. No success on MU, but getting closer each day
1/2 Jackie took 3:15 with a 1:50-1:55 pace on the rower (man those thrusters hurt no matter if it's 25 or 50)
ReplyDeleteEMOM: went pretty good. Triceps got a little tired on MU, and I can tell my right arm is weaker than my left on the snatches, but overall went good.
1/2 jackie in 2:58 with all the regional standards (run to rower, run from pullup bar)
