Wednesday 5/8/13

Hang power snatch: 60%x3, 65%x3, 70%x3x2
Clean and jerk: 60%x3+1, 70%x3+1, 80%x3+1x2
Front squat: 60%x3, 70%x3, 80%x3x3
Conditioning: EMOM 16 min – evens do 30 double unders AFAP + 3 touch-n-go deadlifts (225/155lbs), odds do 3 burpee muscle-ups with rings out of reach

Get excited, Regionals' team events announced tonight!

    EMOM: all DU UB (4th set I missed #30...dumb) + 3 burpee rings-to-hip pull ups.
    *I'm seriously so close to a MU I can taste it. I'll keep trucking away.

    I'm dying to know about these work outs!!

  2. HPS: 80, 90, 95 (Not terrible today & UB)
    C&J: 105, 125, 140 (Triples here were the worst thing ever.)
    FS: 115, 125, 145 (Not bad, just legs were soooo stinking sore.)

    EMOM: (HARD)! All DUs but one set UB (missed at 25 hehe), 1st and 2nd Rd only got 1 MU, but after that got the first and last burpee MU of each Rd. Final Rd I got all 3. Boo yah!

    This is quite exciting for me as I have never even tried 3 MUs every minute.

    Clean and jerk: 190, 220, 250 (all slow and horrible)
    Front squat: 220, 255, 290 (all meh)
    Conditioning: burpee MU's are a pain in the ass with all the swinging. Missed 2 total reps and tripped 2 times on the dubs

    CJ: 110-130-150 (felt decent)
    FS: 125-140-160

    EMOM: This felt good, and I liked it! I had to start over on one set of DU's because I missed at ten
