Week 8/9

Monday 5/27/13 -

Power snatch: 7 min to find heavy single
Clean and jerk: 60%x1, 70%x1, 80%x1, 85%x1, 90%x1, 95%x1
Front squat: 60%x2, 70%x2, 80%x2, 85%x2, 90%x2, 95%x1
Conditioning: Tabata row for max meters
Skill: Choose a technique that needs work and spend 10 minutes improving

    CnJ 175, 205, 235, 250, 265, 280 (MADE IT!)
    FS 185, 225, 250, 280, 300, then CGregz and I felt pretty good on our last single, so I went for 315# and dominated! Felt psyched.

    Row: 1,025m (could've got maybe 30 more meters, but Matt and I missed 3-5 seconds on the second interval on accident)

    Did a lot of HSPUs and worked up to a heavy triple DL - 380
