Tuesday 3/11/14 -

For those of you who did repeat 14.2:
EMOM 10 min: 3 PC + 1 PJ - begin around 60%, build if keen
A1) T2B: 4x10, rest 15 sec
A2) Wallball 4x15, rest 15 sec
A3) GHD sit-ups: 4x10, rest 1 min
Bike: 25 min Z1, every 5 min get off and stretch/mobilize for a couple minutes

For those of you who did not repeat 14.2:

A1) DB bench press: 5-5-5-5-5
A2) DB bench row: 5-5-5-5-5
A3) GHD sit-ups: 5x8
Conditioning: 10 min AMRAP @ 85% of 3 MU, 6 HSPU, 12 BJ (24/20"), 15 burpees

    Two reps shy of 4R. I lost the HSPU really early. Shoulders must be tired.

  2. Felt pretty weak today, so did 8 minutes of the EMOM
    DB: did 25-30-35-40-40
    AMRAP: I kind of forget. I think I did 4+21 (maybe it was 3+21?)
